How your email is used

Who is responsible

This website and its visitor list are run by Julius Cabrera (Juliusystems). Questions or requests: juliusvcabrera.work@gmail.com.

What is collected

• The first name and email address you type into the “Get the key” form.
• Your consent to receive the access link and occasional emails, and the date you gave it.
• Basic technical details the form provider records when a form is submitted.

No passwords, payment details or documents are collected on this site.

Why it is used

• To send you the link to the private rooms (demo sites and sample work).
• To let Julius know someone requested access, so he can follow up if it is useful.
• To send occasional emails about new demos, samples or services. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.

Your personal information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

The form and visitor list run on NOLA CRM, a customer-management platform built on GoHighLevel, which also sends the emails. These service providers process the data on Julius’s behalf and may store it in the United States or other countries. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar under Google’s own privacy terms.

How long it is kept

Your details are kept while you remain on the visitor list. If you unsubscribe, the emails stop; your address is kept only so that choice is respected. If you ask for deletion, your contact record is removed within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to see the personal information held about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. Email the address above with your request; you will get a reply within 15 days. You can also unsubscribe at any time from any email. These choices are offered to every visitor, in addition to any rights the privacy laws of your state or country give you.

Children

This site is meant for business visitors and is not directed to children under 16. Please do not submit the form if you are under 16.
