  • We never change bank or payment details by email. Any change is confirmed by phone on a number you already have.

How much does dispatch cost?

A flat percentage of each load's gross rate, agreed up front. There is no setup fee and no long contract.

Do I have to take every load you find?

No. You approve every load before we book it.

Who keeps my documents?

You do. Your rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs are filed in a shared folder that you own, and you keep access if you leave.

How do you protect against freight fraud?

We check each broker's authority and contact details before booking, confirm payment changes by phone, and flag suspicious emails before anyone acts on them.
